Are you wanting to sell your home or market your rental? First impressions are EVERYTHING! Professional photography is a MUST if you want top dollar and frequent bookings. As your RE photographer, I bring lighting equipment to create even lighting throughout each room. This fills in all the darker corners, making your space look bright and spacious. I use lenses that capture the whole space, making it look as spacious as possible without looking distorted. Includes your choice of 15 images from proof gallery (30+ proofs) Images will be fully edited, full resolution digitals you can download, and use. Additional images are $15 each. After your session you receive a proof gallery, once you select your 15 images I do the final editing on those and you are able to download them. You can then use them for your listings and printed material as well. Please inquire for travel rate outside of Tacoma. Note: Sage + Soul Photography is not responsible for home staging or clutter, property owner needs to have the home ready to be photographed at the time of the session. Photographer is not responsible for exterior clutter that may show through windows.
